Don't worry! Even if you don't solve all the puzzles in time, there is no "Game Over" moment. You'll still have fun, and at the end, you'll receive a short summary of the game and its solution so you can fully enjoy the adventure. However, if you don't finish within an hour, you won't qualify for the leaderboard, which displays the best times.

Absolutely! All our rooms are safe and designed according to all safety regulations. A staff member is always nearby and can intervene in case of an emergency. You are never without support!

Punctuality is important! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the game starts so you have enough time to prepare. If you arrive late, your game time may be shortened, as we need to keep the schedule for all groups.

Booking is easy! You can book a game directly on our website by selecting your desired Escape Room and time slot. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or need assistance with the booking.

What if we need to cancel our booking?

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we can change your booking based on availability. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations are not possible.

Yes, there are two parking garages directly across from Game Over. Additionally, our Escape Room is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest subway station (Zieglergasse) is right next door, so you can reach us easily.

Can I play without a group?

A minimum of 2 players is required. You must always come as an independent group and cannot join another team.
