What is an Escape Room?

An Escape Room is an exciting live adventure where you and your team solve puzzles, discover clues, and activate hidden mechanisms to complete a mission – all in a unique atmosphere. It’s perfect for friends, families, and companies looking for excitement and teamwork!

How long does an Escape Room game last?

Most Escape Room games last about 60 minutes. This is enough time to solve puzzles and tackle exciting challenges. However, some rooms may have different time limits. We will inform you about the exact duration before the game starts.

How many people can participate in an Escape Room?

Our Escape Rooms are designed for groups of 2 to 6 people. The ideal group size depends on the room – for larger groups, we recommend booking multiple rooms to maximize the experience.

What happens if we don’t complete the game within the time limit?

Don’t worry! Even if you don’t solve all the puzzles in time, there is no “Game Over” moment. You’ll still have fun, and at the end, you’ll receive a short summary of the game and its solution so you can fully enjoy the adventure. However, if you don’t finish within an hour, you won’t qualify for the leaderboard, which displays the best times.

Do I need experience to play an Escape Room?

No, anyone can participate – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced Escape Room player! Our rooms are designed to offer an exciting challenge for both newcomers and advanced players.

Is the Escape Room safe?

Absolutely! All our rooms are safe and designed according to all safety regulations. A staff member is always nearby and can intervene in case of an emergency. You are never without support!

Can I participate in an Escape Room with children?

Yes! We offer Escape Rooms specifically designed for children. The puzzles are age-appropriate and promote teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Children aged 8 and above can participate, and we also offer adjustments for younger children, depending on the room.

Can I book an Escape Room for an event or a birthday party?

Yes! Our Escape Rooms are perfect for special occasions such as birthday parties, team-building events, or just an exciting outing with friends or family. We also offer customized packages for groups and events.

What should I bring for my Escape Room visit?

Just bring a good mood! You don’t need any prior knowledge or special equipment to participate. We recommend comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes, as you will be moving actively. Phones and bags are not allowed during the game to ensure an immersive experience.

What happens if we arrive late?

Punctuality is important! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the game starts so you have enough time to prepare. If you arrive late, your game time may be shortened, as we need to keep the schedule for all groups.

How do I book an Escape Room?

Booking is easy! You can book a game directly on our website by selecting your desired Escape Room and time slot. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or need assistance with the booking.

What if we need to cancel our booking?

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we can change your booking based on availability. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations are not possible.

Is parking available?

Yes, there are two parking garages directly across from Game Over. Additionally, our Escape Room is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest subway station (Zieglergasse) is right next door, so you can reach us easily.

Can I play without a group?

A minimum of 2 players is required. You must always come as an independent group and cannot join another team.
