Our gift cards have no expiry date – they are valid indefinitely. So you have all the time in the world to plan the perfect experience.
Can I redeem the gift card for any room?
Yes! The gift card is redeemable for all of our escape rooms at Game Over Vienna – including our new rooms once they open.
What if the gift card value is insufficient?
The remaining amount can be paid with another payment method at the time of booking. Gift cards can also be combined with other gift cards.
Can I return a gift card?
Digital gift cards can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not yet been redeemed. Please contact our team directly for this.
Can I choose a custom amount?
Yes, during the ordering process you can enter a custom amount. The minimum amount is 10 euros.
